The $12.99 price is for the sale of ONE CookSleeve, NOT A PAIR. CookSleeve comes in four sizes, all measuring 18" in length. When measuring your arm for your specific size, start by measuring the circumference of your wrist. Then move up the arm 18" from the wrist ( which should bring you just above the elbow) and measure the circumference of that area also. The 4-way memory stretch gives approximately a 1" stretch on both the top and bottom circumferences. CookSleeve should fit snug, but not so snug that you find it difficult to pull all the way on or that you feel it cuts off your circulation.
